Reservation Terms

These terms apply to reservations placed through the StarBot Inc. website. By submitting a reservation, you agree to these terms and any additional written purchase agreement provided before a final order is accepted.

Reservation Deposit

The amount collected today is a $200 per-unit reservation deposit for the selected StarBot Spark or StarBot Astra model. It is not payment of the full purchase price. The deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price for a confirmed order.

Pricing and Launch Offer

StarBot Spark standard pricing starts from $7,999 per unit. Introductory pricing starts from $5,999 for its first 100 customers whose orders are confirmed by StarBot, subject to availability, selected version and configuration, and the final written purchase agreement. StarBot Astra standard pricing starts from $9,999 per unit. Other versions, configurations, options, taxes, shipping, and services may be priced separately in the final written purchase agreement. Paying a reservation deposit alone does not guarantee that an order can be accepted.

Launch and Delivery

StarBot Spark is scheduled to go on sale October 18, 2026. This date is a planned sales launch, not a guaranteed delivery date. StarBot Astra availability will be confirmed separately. Configuration, taxes, shipping cost, delivery timing, installation, support coverage, and any remaining balance will be confirmed separately before final purchase.

Changes and Cancellations

Any cancellation or refund terms will be provided in the reservation confirmation or final purchase agreement and will be subject to applicable law. If StarBot cannot accept the order, StarBot will contact the customer regarding the reservation and available options.

Images, specifications, features, software functions, and availability may change as development and validation continue. Final capabilities and included services are those listed in the signed purchase agreement, not general website descriptions.
